I work with people experiencing chronic and unexplained pain to get their lives and bodies back.

Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) works. It works where other therapies have not, with long term results, treating the root of the problem, not just the symptoms.

I’ve been working with bodies in pain since 2010 and Myofascial Release (MFR) is hands down the most effective treatment I’ve ever experienced and provided. MFR helps with all of these issues, regardless of diagnosis. When you treat the fascial system of the body you are treating the cause of the symptoms and the whole person.

Working with me is collaborative. I evaluate your posture and structure, taking into account your history, what you’re currently experiencing, and your goals. 

Each session includes an hour of hands on treatment, as well as an evaluation of your posture and restrictions, recommendations and guidance in self care, and my full presence and focus on you – in a relaxed and therapeutic environment. This is where healing begins and lives change.

 A commitment to consistent and regular MFR treatment will change your body and more importantly, your life. It starts with the the simple first step. Schedule an appointment and experience the difference in hands on treatment.

What to Expect

  • Every session begins with a standing and on-table evaluation of your posture and areas of restriction.
  • You’ll be in treatment clothes – think gym clothes: loose running shorts and a sports bra or tank top as appropriate.
  • It’s important that you don’t apply moisturizers, creams or lotions before your appointment as it interferes with treatment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You must give more than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, the full session fee must be paid.
